David Smith joined the Navy at age 18 and was shipped off to sea right away. At home, he’s had to deal with a great deal of tragedy. David lost his father to a fire and his mother to a car accident. Since ending his military life, David has worked 2 to 3 jobs to support his family and never once complained. Over the years, David lost most of his teeth but refused to wear dentures. His daughter is so proud of him now. She can’t believe how wonderful he looks with his new smile.
